The service

Lapel is an iPhone app that generates virtual try-on images from a full-body photo you provide, organises the garments you add, and suggests outfits assembled from your own closet.

Your content

Your photos, garments and looks are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — to store your content and process it to generate your try-ons. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You agree to add only photos you have the right to use, and to use the app for personal, non-commercial styling.

Generated images

Try-on images are generated previews, not photographs. Fit, drape and colour can differ from the real garment. Don’t rely on a render for anything where the difference matters.

Subscriptions

Lapel is free to use with a monthly allowance of try-ons. Lapel Plus lifts the limit: $9.99 per month, or $74.99 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account; manage or cancel in your iPhone’s Settings.

Termination

You can stop using Lapel and delete your account at any time, from inside the app, with immediate effect. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break the law.

Warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
